corkhill management is a sports management and event production company, specializing in women’s golf.

Corkhill Management was founded by Mirka Markkula in 2023. After an extensive career in sports, fashion and sales, she decided it was time to do what she really wanted - and that's when her sports management and event production company, Corkhill Management Oy, specializing in women's sports and especially women's golf, was born.

Corkhill Management is the first sports management company in Finland specialising in golf. It’s bridging the gap of how sports management and athlete branding are known to do internationally, bringing that experience to the athletes in Finland and with that building more professional way of being a professional golfer.

Years abroad, and with them extensive networks around the world, have been one of the greatest strengths and driving forces in her work. She looks at the Golf Industry with fresh eyes, bringing her vast experience from street culture, various sports and respecting the tradition to the game.

She was also chosen as the member to the board of the Sports Managers Association of Finland in 2025.

Main reason for Corkhill Management has always been to bring Women’s Golf to the front, showcase the players as they should and grow the market around Women’s Golf.
